Welcome to Sadanand Guest House! We aim to provide a comfortable, safe, and pleasant stay for all our guests. Please read the following terms and conditions before confirming your booking.

1. Check-in and Check-out

  • Check-in time: 1:00 PM onwards.
  • Check-out time: Before 10:00 AM.
  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may include additional charges.

2. Guest Identification

  • All guests must provide valid government-issued photo identification at check-in.
  • The number of guests staying must not exceed the number specified in the booking.
  • Only registered guests are permitted to stay on the property.

3. Booking and Payment

  • Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of the required advance payment.
  • Any outstanding balance must be paid as agreed at the time of booking or before check-in.
  • Guests are responsible for verifying their room type, occupancy, dates, and booking details before confirmation.

4. Property Rules

  • Guests are requested to maintain cleanliness and respect other guests and neighbours.
  • Loud music, disruptive behaviour, and illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
  • Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms.
  • Guests must take care of the furniture, appliances, and other property facilities.
  • Any damage caused to the property or its belongings by guests may result in additional charges.
  • Pets are allowed only with prior approval from the management.
  • The management reserves the right to refuse accommodation in cases of misconduct, safety concerns, or violation of property rules.

5. Safety and Belongings

  • Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and valuables.
  • Sadanand Guest House shall not be responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings, except where liability is imposed by applicable law.
  • Guests must follow all safety instructions and report any maintenance issues to the management promptly.

6. Changes to Bookings

  • Any request to modify the booking dates, room type, or number of guests is subject to availability and management approval.
  • Changes may affect the booking price.

7. Management Rights

  • The management reserves the right to update these terms when necessary, subject to applicable law.
  • By confirming a reservation, guests acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
